Horrible service, slapped with hidden fees that were not listed on the site when we booked it. Super loud in the mornings. Room service unlocked our door and tried to come in while I was sleeping at 0830 (check out is at 11). I argued about the hidden fees that were added on day 2 of our 3 day stay@ Kansas City, Mo. Microtel Inn & Suits. The night clerk, who spoke very little English, refused to allow me speak with his manager. He also told me if I didn't like it I could go elsewhere.
He did offer to refund my 3rd night, he claimed to be reinstating the funds onto our credit card and we would see the money in 1-2 business days. We never received the money back... calling their main office then reporting them to the BBB.
