Gave them three chances to ship my items on time. It took an avg. Of 8 days for the items to be shipped. When your also paying for express shipping this becomes very upsetting and you won't receive any updates or a response until after your item has left the warehouse. You then might receive a response likeI did which said, your item has been shipped please be patient!

I think YouTube is great and I would say i have learned more on YouTube in the past 3 years than i did in college. I think YouTube is the best site on the net for DIY projects and it's constantly improving with updates. Also I rarely see any nudity and the YouTube community is fairly strict on all user video content. A+++

Good site with a clean user friendly setup. I have been using them off and on for about 2 years now.

Customer service was horrible and I had to ask for a different Customer Service Rep. Who I could understand. I felt as though my call was redirected to a third world country.

Watch out for this site as I was forced to Dailymotion.com/us. In google search, I saw an article related to my search word and when i click the link, it redirects to the site above with nothing related to my topic. They need to be called or flagged on this as it has happened three times today.
