I ordered an item I thought included the two components I needed. When only one component was delivered, I realized I had ordered the wrong SKU. I sent an email on Saturday morning asking if Unwind would be willing to send me the second component or if I needed to return the first item and order the correct one. I received a "phone call", yes, a phone call on Saturday afternoon informing me that to save the expense of the exchange, Unwind would provide me the second component at the price difference between the item I mistakenly ordered and the correct one. The customer service representative was so very helpful... informing me she had "talked to her boss" to get permission to help me out. Ten minutes later (on Saturday) I received a shipping notification. This was a great customer service experience!
