Their logistics and internal communications were the worst. I ordered some rocks and representative made me a ticket and said they will call me. They never did. Made some follow ups, they could not find anything. No orders under my name. Made another ticket and this pushed through with the delivery but It was the wrong items. They were just putting blames on other departments and non of them even apologized to me.
