Due to WorldRemit's transition to a mobile-only app, our company has decided to discontinue using WorldRemit for payment services. Key concerns include:

Reduced Accessibility: The mobile app is less accessible for those accustomed to desktop transactions.

Screen Size Limitations: The smaller screens of mobile devices make managing financial details more challenging.

Security Issues: Conducting transactions on mobile devices, particularly on public networks, raises security concerns.

Exclusion of Non-Smartphone Users: The move to mobile excludes customers without access to compatible smartphones.

Technical and Compatibility Problems: The potential for app crashes and compatibility issues with certain smartphones.

Connectivity and Data Use: The need for a stable internet connection and the consumption of mobile data can be problematic.

Multitasking Inefficiency: The mobile platform limits the ability to multitask effectively compared to a desktop environment.

Given these considerations, the mobile app is unsuitable for our payment processing needs.

The history of service from Worldremit has been fabulous and I could never complain about it, until now.

This Restoro is one program I think you may have the wrong description on it.
I downloaded and tried it out, and Restoro informed me that I had thousands of errors and needed to fix them.
I decided to pay for it and have Restoro repair my PC, So on paying for the program and not getting the key, I phoned the Restoro phone number, and they wanted to remote into my PC to add the key and fix my computer, I denied them of this, and after 10 minutes of trying to get the key off them I was able to start the cleaning up of all the so-called harmful files I had,
I took screenshots of every movement so I could make sure I was doing the right thing as I trust no one these days, the scan wanted to go to safe mode for scanning, so I allowed it.
After the scan was finished, I was by then very suspicious about everything that was happening,
1. Showing a massive amount of harmful files after the first scan made me worried about nothing
2. The key was not delivered after payment, and I had to chase after it.
3. The technicians wanted to remote into my pc ( even after I said I was a technician)
4. Taking my PC into safe mode.
5. Stayed in safe mode showing a thinking signal after the scan was completed.
6. Restoro showed no files fixed at the end of the scan.
7. Try to uninstall, and a warning comes up that it will return the pc to an earlier time before scan.
I was so tempted to remove the Restoro Program via the Add and Remove programs but decided it was to risky as it will or can download something else, even leaving malware on the PC.

Everything about Restoro shows me that this program is a scam and Malwarebytes very much confirms it, as Restoro leaves many pups in the registry. After the scan by Malwarebytes, Restoro was removed entirely and had 34 pups in the registry quarantined and removed completely.

I was lucky to have gone through Paypal and ordered through Paddle.com to get my Restoro refund. I am delighted that I went through the third party. Paddle.com were very helpful

A scam company to stay away from, don't even go there if you want anything in English.
