Been waiting for over a month, they keep saying they haven't heard back from seller!... FINALLY get a hold of them today and they tell me that they finally got deed packet and they are trying to file extension with seller now because of some 72 hr crap! Im so lost... The question I have for everyone is THIS? Can you tell me if a company like this can actually sell a house if it is in the owners name... I mean who is selling these homes? IF they are listed as a foreclosure but are still in the owners names... How can that be?
