“Total rip off scam company!”

READ TRUST PILOT REVIEWS! Please and see how many people have been ripped off by this company that says it will send you hair you see in photos and is human hair only to look nothing like what you ordered and not be human hair. And then send endless emails with not refunding you like webpage says it will and tries to get you to buy more wigs at discount! They will NOT refund you and I've had to ask PayPal to get involved to try and get my £194 back and people have reported to trading standards as it's a scam company from China. Do NOT Buy from them! And tell other people.!

Tip for consumers:
I wish I’d read trust pilot Reviews as 99 per cent of people have had very bad experiences with them , bad quality wigs or not like wanted from photo or description. Everyone offered more wigs for more money and No one given refunds like page says will if not happy. I would not have bought from them.

Products used:
None as wig I ordered wasn’t like photo advertised which was blond with dark roots and human hair . It had no roots and was not human hair . Too shiny and false looking . Endless emails asking for refund like their page says will do and they don’t . Trust pilot I have since read has more same bad reviews of bad wigs not what ordered and no refunds. Scam company in China. Awful customer service. Ignore you repeatedly after 10 emails and try to get you to buy more wigs for more money. I’ve reported to PayPal to try get £194 back and others have reported to trading standards .
