We were in the middle of a trip to Peru when covid-19 hit. All flights were cancelled so we had to stay in Peru indefinitely with a limited cash supply. The Journey Machu Picchu staff helped us find available space in a hotel and even paid for the first 2 weeks for us to stay. The trip was actually amazing but the help they gave us while we are stuck in Cusco was not something any agency would do. We are eternally grateful.
