I purchased a new phone and the liquid screen from pure gear. I also registered it with them as they said to do incase anything happpened to the screen they would reimburse up to 150. Which is false advertising. They refused to reimburse me at all after my screen broke. I filed the claim and heard nothing back. After going to verizon they sat with me while chatting on the company site with customer service rep from pure gear. When the screen broke it caused the digitizer to break which makes it not possible to have just the screen replaced. I paid $250.00 For device replacement being as the digitizer was broken because of the broken screen. I was unable to get just the screen replaced, I had to have the device replaced. Had my screen not broke my digitizer wouldn't have broken I wouldn't have needed a device replaced. I submitted my claim through pure gear after weeks of hearing nothing, the verizon rep and I chatted with the rude customer service rep named Sandra Guerrero she started because the device was replaced my warranty was no longer valid. My screen broke... the broken screen was the cause of the digitizer to break, which was why I couldn't get just the screen replaced... they refused to reimburse me for my screen that was guaranteed reimbursement if it broke with their product on it. It's false advertisement. Had my screen not broke like they claim their product protected I wouldn't have needed to replace my device. This company is a joke! Product does not protect anything, they don't reimburse as they say they do and the rep was rude! Just
Another Money hungry lying $#*! company. All I asked for was the reimbursement towards the broken screen. I didn't ask for the reimbursement of the device.
