On February 2,2015 I sent this email & AdoreMe has chosen not to respond. "You can see from my account I have tried many different bras. They do not maintain their shape. The elastic wears out to rapidly & the cups do not retain their shape & not I do not put my bras in the dryer. I would like a full refund of my store credit & would like to close my account. I am very tired of having bras that do not fit."

Tip for consumers:
I have belonged for a year & had to trash items that not longer fit & were out of shape.

3/5/15 update I called on the phone & they will not credit back to my account because it is against their policy. I waited to long to request the refund - 3 months instead of 30 days. They are thieves! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

3/5/15 Today I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
