Showmars on East Independence in Charlotte is one of the easiest places to go have a great lunch. They have an incredible menu but being a Vegetarian I tend to try to mix it up and they have never said no. Instead of saying no they usually come by the table to ask if they do something special is it ok. WOW. Most of my favorite places have not recouped since Covid so it is great to go in and have a great experience and enjoy the great wonderful food they offer. If you have not been there, you need to go. Whoever that Manager is he is doing a fantastic job. I applaud you. Your employees go out of their way everyday and you have a place I really enjoy going to and taking my friends and coworkers. They are hooked as well. Thank you

I found this olive oil in Charleston WV. It comes from Italy and not sure why but I am completely addicted to it. Anytime I cook something special I go to this bottle. I keep spares in the cupboard so I do not run out. I have been using this for many years now. The flavor is such that you may be tempted to drink it and you can but it flavors things in a way that make them taste special. I see it mostly with a mild garlic on homemade pastas, pizzas, breads and dips and I am always amazed at the flavor. Homemade pizza with this drizzled on it has been delicious. Have I said you may want to try it if you have not. I am not connected in any way and just had some last night for dinner and I just wanted to tell someone how good my pasta was yesterday.

Bought a metal day bed for outside and the total was $355 with free shipping. When it arrived it came in two very light boxes. This is tubular furniture at best and most companies do not use this anymore if they want to stay in business. If you want quality keep moving. The bottom of the bed was support by bowed pieces of slats. If they think that will hold up in a year they are delusional. I go to return and they offer be a 25% discount to keep. Still not worth it. So the solution was to allow me to ship it back and they deduct 83 dollars for the cost. So I paid them $83 for the original shipping and now they want to charge me to ship it back at $83. They need to just go to the post office and work. Never again.

The worst non existent support on the planet. If you think about putting any of your money into this trashcan of your money walk away. Tell everyone you know to walk away and go anywhere else but here. I invested thousands here and it took me to track down their corp leadership over the course of weeks and had someone with their app finally reach out to me to assist me and stole all my cash. They never apologized, never asked if they could help me file a report, just a whole lot of form letter that seems like they have written thousands of times. BEWARE THIS COMPANY, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY TO SPEND THEMSELVES. THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY THAT WE CAN CALL LEGIT.

I ran into my favorite HT last week for a couple of items. It was raining and I ran into the store and there was not one cart in the cart area and I went into he store to look for a hand basket. They do not put those out anymore. I guess they want you to push that 35 lb cart around for a gallon of milk. Go figure. Why not make it convenient for your customers. They are paying for it. I grabbed the items I needed up front and headed to he Seafood Dept. No one was there so I waited and a guy came up to the Butcher market and the guy behind the counter brought it over to the seafood Dept and got the seafood guy to come out and cut. All the while I am standing there holding my items in my hands. Finally after those two cut the meat for the guy, the seafood guy asked who was next and went directly to the two females at the butcher Dept. I am pretty put out at this time. Finally after my hands were starting to cramp he asked if he could help me I asked for a lb and half of cod. He grabbed a big piece and came up short so he grabbed this little flat piece that was obviously past its prime and I asked him not to use it and find me a thicker and better piece. Done there I went to the front to be rung up. Only two cashiers and the Manager was standing in the aisle talking to someone. The lines were going through the aisles. The self checkout was backed up past the Starbucks. Forced to push the big cart, not paying attention to your work area, first come first serve, running out of brand items and filling the shelves with HT brand and charging more than the name brands because you can gouge your customers, selling old pieces of seafood, more ice than crab meat at 69 a lb, prices more than the cost of inflation I do not think that I will be visiting again, WholeFoods and Publix will serve me just fine.

I was searching for a bottle of Weller 12 for a friend for Christmas and saw this one online and ordered. They wanted the money in Zelle payment and I set it up and sent the $200. Then they started asking me to cancel the payment and resend to another address. I refused todo that s once you send there is not turning back. I emailed their office many times and same thing. Then they said they were waiting on someone to come back to help me. No one ever contacted. I feel this is a bogus company and are nothing but a bunch of thieves. Do not use them. THIEVES!

That this company was a scam. Hopefully people will be spared if they read my review.

AT&T laid their fiber optic lines in our neighborhood earlier this year and I was visited by their sales crew a couple of weeks ago. Talking with the trainee and her trainer I stressed that I wanted to bundle my prepaid att phone along with my internet. I do not have cable. I reiterated the need to keep my phone number several times and was assured it was ok. So the internet was as much as my spectrum bill and with the phone I had to have a plan and I chose the basic so it was I believe around 45. Seemed good to me and they scheduled my install. The price was about what I was paying. I called Spectrum to have their internet cancelled and I was given a number to call Joe to have my prepaid moved over to the ATT monthly bill. Once the internet was installed, I called Joe and he had to switch me to another office. The other office said that there was no way to move a ATT prepaid to a regular bill and keep the same phone number. I mentioned that I was assured that would not be needed. They assured me it was, so I had no choice but to cancel my service. Since my Spectrum line was cut and they used the same hole to run the cord into my house I had to call spectrum to come back to fix so I could cancel the ATT internet. This took a couple weeks to accomplish. When I had spoke to Spectrum they mentioned that I was eligible for a $ 50 a month internet and free phone for a year. After that my phone would go to $29.99. I asked about keeping the same phone number and they said not a problem. Just call and they would send me a new SIM card and I could set it up myself. I did. Spectrum came out when they said they would and reran the line. I moved back to Spectrum and unplugged the ATT box. I called them to have it turned off and they mentioned that I would have to pay the service that was used and I asked repeatedly why as they had told me a lie and did not honor what I was promised. The lady spoke to someone else and they were able to cancel the amount due. I was told to take it to a fed ex or ups shipping center to return the box. ATT stores are not allowed to do it so I had to find a fed ex store to ship it back. Not sure why att can not switch a number they sold me to another part of their company but Spectrum can. Not sure why att can not take their own equipment but Fed ex and ups can. Just not sure but I assure you I will not being using ATT again anytime soon.

Want a place to purchase your new car where they listen to you? Want a place where you are truly treated as a customer? Want a place where you can be in and out in under two hours when you purchase your new auto? You just found it. The attention you receive from the moment you walk in, the follow up call when you have left and you will even enjoy the finance guy. The place is truly run with the customer in mind. How many times have you heard that recently? I find it checks off all my boxes. I recently went there when another deal fell through at a competitor and had little hopes of making a deal that day and within two hours I was on my way with an auto that was way better than the one that fell through. Amazingly Hendrick had everything on my list and more. Could not be happier and if nothing else give them the chance to help you. Thank you Hendrick.

If you asked any of my friends what my favorite restaurant was they would resoundingly tell you PFChang. They would now be wrong. Over the past few years it has been frustrating, left wanting and a big disappointment many of the times I have gone there. They never have hot tea which amazes me. Sea Bass being one of my favorite meals I have had to substitute many times for something else. Being told they are out leaves me scrambling for my phone so I can download a small menu that I can barely see while this giant drink menu is sitting there being a coaster. I ordered a veggie fried rice which I have had many times and when I stir it up to get all the veggies out from under the mound of rice there was none. A piece of broccoli with little pieces, no mushrooms, over fired snow peas and some scraps. After I ate my broccoli I just scooted the place over as I hate filling up on just rice. The waiter came by and asked if I wanted a to go box and I said yes. He handed me a box. I boxed my own which has never happened before. I ordered the Great Wall of chocolate cake which has always been good and the waiter brought two plastic forks. I knew at that moment that I would never visit that location again.

I ended up with M&T Bank on my mortgage along with Loan Servicing as the loan servicing agent. I have had countless problems over the years with Loan Servicing company. Loan Servicing has many names. Do not trust this company. I now know why M&T uses them. I received an escrow analysis over a month ago. (I WOULD LIKE A MORTGAGE ATTORNEY TO CONTACT ME IF SOMEONE WOULD). I could pay about 350 or pay an extra amount which was double what the escrow needed. I got a new insurance policy with more than double less that what they needed and asked for a new analysis. I was told they would contact me shortly. It has been over a month. Do not trust them to do anything in your favor and they do this on purpose thinking most people will give up. What is the recourse? Two payments later no one has contacted me. This company and their servicing agent is why the housing mortgage system is not trustworthy. Why is the loan originator having to pay for the mortgage companies mortgage insurance when they cheated the country in 2008. Why? Why American business can not take care of their customers instead of trying to take as much money as the government will allow. DO NOT USE THIs or the age if you can avoid it.

Do your research and ask for all fees upfront before signing a mortgage agreement. Question every fee and especially they way they calculate escrow accounts. Especially escrow accounts. Especially these two companies.

I went to the Drive Thru today and ordered my reg fish sandwich and a small fries. I paid more because I did not want a drink and it costs more to not have a drink. I get my order and pull away. I reach in the bag to retrieve my items and first thing I get is two straws. No drink ordered. I lay them down and reach in to retrieve the half case of napkins. I go in again and retrieve my fries to see a half little bag of pieces of fries and not real fries. I finally get my sandwich and open the box to see the half piece of cheese hanging out of the sandwich so I open it to put the cheese (can you not afford a whole piece of not cheese) on it and now I know why I have a half case of napkins. It looked like they shot the tartar sauce onto the sandwich and under the sandwich. I had tartar all over my hands. After cleaning my hands up and went to take a bite it was just cold and the pieces of fries were just room temp and hard. They must have scraped the bin for those. Seven dollars and all for nothing. McDonalds must have about 7 cents in the cost of what they served me and I know they had to pay the three people in the restaurant more money but if you do not serve something that people can eat anymore you can look back on the history of all the dead restaurants and you will see your image starting to fade. Not real food, Not good, not inexpensive anymore, not for me.

Several months ago I went to pick up my prescription that was on auto refill and when I got home I found out that it was a 30 day supply. I have been on the same prescription for over 20 years and I have always asked only one thing. Make it a 90 day supply. The Pharmacist stated that my prescription expired. They have my Doctors name and number and I assume they know the expiration date. I would imagine that with the technology available today and with some decent employees you could handle this. They stated they would contact my doctor. I never heard back. Same employees, same Pharmacist. I finally made an appointment to see my doctor to get a new prescription and finally got it sent in and went to pick up after I have been contacted to pick up. Another 30 day supply. Same employees, same Pharmacist. I had the same conversation I always have with them and thought it might be straightened out. I got a text early this week that my prescription was ready to pick up. Mind you I have two prescriptions and they have never been able to coordinate them even when I do without so I can get them filled together. I go to pick up my one prescription and I am told she can not give to me till tomorrow. Why text me to come pick up if you can't give it to me. This is the stupidest thing CVS has done to me. You would think with capable employees and the right technology you could handle this. It is certainly not rocket science. It does not matter what city I am in or town or state, CVS is the same anywhere I have been. I am done with CVS and you can now call me a Walgreens Customer.

I made an appointment for my my two dogs (25 lbs and 20 lbs) a cut, bath and nails ground. The appointments were 9 am and 10 am. I dropped them off before nine and they said between 4 and five hours. At 1pm I went back to the salon to see if they were ready and was told that one of them had not even been done at this time. Already 4 plus hours in the pen, no water in a pen and only one was done. I expressed my feelings that this was unacceptable. Just apologies as if they had been here before. I asked for a manager on the floor and he did little more than make excuses. This was not about the cost or trying to get my bill reduced. I just wanted my pups taken care of in a timely fashion. He stated the Holidays are like this. I made my appointment just a few days before and they were not busy. They have always been slow but this was ridiculous. Why make an appointment when after 4 plus hours you still have one not even touched at this time. What takes so long? A bath, a cut and nails ground for two small pups and we are talking seven hours. I do not think that appointments are needed. Just drop them off and come back tonight seems to be the policy. They were taken in very early and no other dogs were in the salon when I dropped them off. What is wrong with this place? I will never take mine back there again. No food, no water, no pee break for seven plus hours. SHAME! Pet Smart, I think not. Price $129

I hired a fake contractor to work on my house and he dragged it out for several months and I asked him to leave and he put a lien on my house for more than the amount he quoted. I contacted lawyers in the area and they do not take anything as small at that. $6000. I filled out online with Small Claims Filing and paid the fees and never heard back. No feedback, no contact just take the money and run.

Dont Do it.

Nothing, BBB wouldn't touch it, The state Contractor Board sent a year and came back with no license. That is all they said. No help with fake contractors in NC

I purchased a pair of commission pants in Destin earlier this year and liked them so well i went online to order a couple more pairs. I ordered another black pair and i tried a blue/gray pair. They came in i wore the blue/gray pair out and kept feeling something different on the back of the leg. Along the middle of the leg it is like they did not have a full piece of material but two halves. A seam runs along the back of the leg. I checked the black pair. They do not have that. My other pair does not have that. I contacted LuLuemon. After sending them pic after pic of the pant their solution is to send me a store credit that i can repurchase the pants (why they can't replace is a question unanswered) or purchase something else as the item i wanted may not be in stock. May not be in stock? My credit never expires. These pants were $128 and tax. No answer as to why a seam, i have to box up and ship and wait on my credit, there are three stores in charlotte. I declined their offer and they said to contact them if i ever need more assistance. They said they did understand.

Did you know that Dillards (outlet) cannot do refunds for any reason? Did you know that Dillards has Dillards outlets in regular malls? LOOK at the small signage closely. Did you know they are not set up for refunds, changes, FOR ANY REASON!? I did not. NOW I DO AND AM OUT $60 dollars for a pair of jeans.

I went into the Gastonia, NC Dillards. It says Dillards on the sign not Dillards Outlet. I notice inside it is just rows and rows of clothes. All disorganized, all without any signs and nothing near the merchandise that it is all non refundable. I picked up a pair of Hugo Boss Jeans and as everyone knows some jeans you can wear a size 32, some a size 33 and some a size 34. I thought I grabbed the 34 and got home and it was a size 32. Does not fit. Went back today and DONNA who falsely told me she was the Manager till I went to another counter and they Gave me Austin but said John was the Manager. Donna followed me like I was going to steal something from her. Disgraceful. Austin took me to the aisle but the 34 size was gone. At least he tried. Some people do not even try. He stated then that they were not set up to do refunds or exchanges. Offered no solution however.

I called customer service and it was for online sales which are non refundable as well. Seems Dillards is closing since this is their customer service now. I was number 48, yes 48 in the que for an agent.

This is not the Dillards I knew nor is it a company I will do business with in the future. SHOP AT YOUR OWN PERIL AND THE LOSS OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. NOT THE TYPE OF BUSINESS PRACTICES I CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH IN THE FUTURE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN CASE YOU MAKE A SIMPLE MISTAKE. DILLARDS DOES NOT CARE.
