Purchased two pet beds April 15. July 3 one arrived. Still waiting for other. At first they responded to my emails but after requesting a refund I cannot get them to respond. They indicated the beds were coming from CHINA and had to go through customs which is very slow. Check where products are coming from and buy American. I may have lost my money but I will dispute charges.

This online merchant is based out of China. It takes months to receive subpar clothes and when you try to return/exchange they start playing a back and forth email game. They do not adhere to their return/exchange policy. They have refused to accept merchandise back and issue refund. Stick with American made.
