As a long time member, I hope you take this suggestion to higher management at this site:
Chat costs more money then letter. Why not count certain amount of chat time with a certain lady as "letter" that counts toward purchasing the lady's personal contact information? I find chat very suitable to know more about the ladies and do not mind pay the price. As a large dating site with a long history, you do good in providing a great number of quality ladies, but at the same time, you should pay more attention to the users' experience and their needs.

I purchased its VPN for 1-month subscription with $9.99 last Saturday, but the related client couldn't recognize it after installed. I submitted ticket to the support team, but one of them forward to the account department. Then after two days, someone called Yuriy Zhernovoy replied me and answered my question. I did as what he suggested, but my issue was still not settled. I continued to write several emails, but no reply... I want a full refund if you guys can't resolve my problem! I purchased so many VPNs, but it's the first to come across such problem... There is no entrance to apply for refund, no phone contact, no online chat from the support team... Anybody can give me a suggestion on what to do? Thanks! It seems that I came across a scammer!
