I am always impressed when contacting Nespresso in Australia, on how helpful and genuine their staff always are.

I purchased one of their coffee machines, and needed to contact them for about a problem with my machine and then thereafter to order some coffee pods, they are always so courteous and so helpful and they really do offer great genuine customer support and service.

Have been recently disappointed by actions of swagbucks, i had finally gained enough points to be eligible for a gift card of my liking, I followed the appropriate procedure to claim this card, including entering the valid claim code texted to me, however when i pressed the button to complete the request, i received an on screen message saying, your account has been deactivated, "what the heck just happened"

Just like that, "no explanation" my account was completely wiped out, and i have absolutely no idea why!?

I do not know if this is something that happens regularly but i am very disheartened after all the work i put into earning those points.

Have purchased products for my pet, offer free postage if spending $29 or more, i have received my products within 48 hours, great service/delivery.

I joined about 2 months ago, it is a good genuine survey site, that pays well, you just have to make sure you visit their web site daily and regularly to get your surveys, as they do they fill up very quickly.
I have already been able to make 3 rewards withdrawals since joining.

Have been with my survey for a while have to admit i only get to complete about one in every 10 surveys, however recently i have not been able to complete any survey, at one stage i had 9 surveys sitting in my account to be completed unfortunately i could not complete a single one of them, i just keep getting told that the site was busy and to try later, or i got an error message, this has gone on now for over a week, this site has gone down hill, and i do not think it it wort my time anymore!

Still waiting for an explanation!
