I ordered it under Prime membership and thought it would get here as fast as all my other stuff. It turns out they just list items for sale and when you order, they just call Newegg and have them ship it to you. It took forever by UPS ground to get here so I just gave it back. I have people that need their computers fixed now, not 6 days from now. I will always look at the vendors on Amazon and avoid this company.

I am in the U. S, and don't have to worry about customs. People who order from overseas should already know they will have to pay additional charges for duty and over the last year would have had problems and delays with deliveries because of Covid. I would say that was 70% of all of the complaints listed here, that and their postal system. Customs opens the packages and inspects the items, and things get lost, taken or confiscated. Some items also leak and get thrown away. The billing problems are also the customers mistakes because people should know not to give their checking account numbers to mail order companies. Young people in America are just not that smart anymore and can't be trusted with money or financial transactions. They also botch things up just to mess with people, they think it's funny Many U.S. adolescents don't reach the mental age of 21 until they about 35. Their minds are elsewhere. People should always use Paypal. Paypal does not allow a company to submit a charge much over than the original amount reported at the time of sale, allowing for currency exchange rates. Other wrong orders can be attributed to botched orders and that just happens because it's the U.S. and companies can't get good help. You can watch YouTube and see the kind of help that Amazon has delivering packages. They are very well paid and they steal, take women into the back of their trucks and tear up peoples yards and misdeliver many many packages by not even looking at the address on the package before delivering it. I ordered from Piping Rock because my powdered fruit supplement was sold there at a very low price. I will probably never know if it's a good product or if it's helping me but at least I didn't have to pay the exorbitant price of the As Seen On TV ads for it and shipping wasn't high.
