Worse service EVER! I ordered a windows xp oem and paid for overnight shipping since it was urgent and my computer crashed b/c of vista. This was on tuesday. I made a complaint on thursday because it hasn't come yet. It is 6pm friday and it still hasn't come yet. They wouldn't even offer me a refund on my shipping. Not only that, but they have the worse customer service. I think it's run by 1 guy who doesn't know what he is doing.
