Since hot topic changed their hot cash program and website back in September, their online shopping experience is a joke!

I have been doubled charged for orders, charged for orders that never shipped, and never received items they show delivered.

None of my "vip points" have been added to my account. I have almost $1000 of purchases (that weren't cancelled) and 21 orders since 9/2015. As of today, my account shows 2 orders and 18 points.

Numerous calls and emails and nothing is fixed. I was once a loyal customer, but until they fix these issues, I am a customer no more!
