I'm so disappointed in the integrity of this business after reaching out to executive management at Pit Stop Car Wash. I called them because my daughter couldn't get a fair response from management regarding a mistake made by their company's facility at Cactus/Dean Martin. It was obvious there was an equipment malfunction when my daughter went in for a car wash. The scratches on the roof and down the top and face of the rear hood are clearly from a machine; they are uniformly 2" apart from the left end to the right end. She went back to the facility the next morning and Pit Stop management denied it. They wouldn't show us the video footage. They wouldn't return phone calls; basically wouldn't do anything about it! They have insurance that should cover mistakes such as these. They should minimally own the mistake and pay for the repair of the damage done! Management is negligent! They do NOT care for their customers! We will never go back to any of their facilities and urge others to go elsewhere for a clean car!

I thought the selection of plate frames would be better online - I should have simply went to AutoZone - Autoplates charged $52. For the exact plate that AutoZone sells for $15... I emailed Autoplates giving them an opportunity to redeem their integrity - ha - no such luck. Just 100% greedy! Didn't even get an apology. Buyer beware!
