Attempted to cancel my trip on their site 3 weeks ago. Notification says it will be processed within 2 days. Received a generic email after 6 days to re-confirm my intention to cancel. It's been 3 weeks waiting for a response or cancellation number. Calling their number - either not answering (waiting for 1 hour every time) or simply hang after a generic message.

This site sends out a lot spam emails, destination address is always masked. Never heard of them before, never subscribed to any news from them. Impossible to unsubscribe or block.
