Travel to Spain and booked a Sunset cruise for October 5th. They booked it for Sept 19th. I missed the email from them notifying me of this and as it got closer to my trip I noticed they had sent me a confirmation for Sept 19th. This was after their date
I requested that Booking.com work with this vendor to provide us a booking for the night we requested - October 5th.
Instead I get an automated response about cancelling a Booking. Poor customer service.
I am basically out a $100 for a mistake that I believe occurred on your end but have no way of proving this. The fact that your company doesn't even want to deal with it makes me want to avoid Booking.com for handling any of the other events we plan during our trip
