I recently purchased two box sets from BNL Media after seeing their TV Advert. The purchasing process was simple.
I had to enquire as to when I might see the goods as delivery was a little longer than one would expect and there was no automatic notification. To be fair to BNL they responded quickly & the box sets duly arrived.
To put my comments in context I have a Music Server where I can play different music in each room of my house and outside. So, I simply RIP all my CD's on to the server.
One set – Memory Lane was as you would expect perfect.
The second set "The Original Rock'n'Roll Jukebox" not so.
The first thing I noticed was the packaging looked as though it was second hand. I. e. The corners of the boxes were damaged.
The second and more worrying thing was that I could not RIP some of the CDs into a useful library format i. E. No Track or Artist Name etc. All I got was Track 1, 2, 3 etc. Not much use to me.
I sent an enquiry to the BNL help line and am still waiting for an acknowledgement.
