I do not like to deal with companies that make it hard to cancel, try and find a cancel button. They hide it under turn off auto renew.

It tells me they do not stand by their product.

Contacted one on the list and they were useless, not impressed. I smelt a rat, if it looks like a rat smells like a rat it probably is a rat.

Could be wrong but I don't thinks.

BTW spotted one number three on the list, I had used them but no return on revenue.

Had these guys fit a diesel tuning chip to a car and there where problems with it. They went behind what I would have expected to fix the issue. Got zero support from the manufacture of the device. Had to get another box from a different manufacture. Brought it to them and they fitted it on the spot. The diesel tuning chip really does work.

Brought a tuning chip for a Renault diesel car. Fitted and wow, what a difference I had my local garage fit it, but really it's so simple. Could have done it myself.

I brought a tuning box for a Renault diesel car. It was fitted by my local tuning garage. The car went like stink but when cold started all the car warning lights went on and had to be reset by the garage. Tried to ring them, answering machine telling me to email them. Emailed them from several email addresses, no response. If you are thinking of buying one, then good luck... there is no support.

This product has some good features but has so many issues, bugs and problems I really can't use it. Even when the bugs are reported, they don't get fixed. Rank tracker has lost some key functionality in the last update, can't really use it. Under domain strength the number of backlinks (378) is wrong compared to Google (4,263) 1100% difference. Website Auditor for the last nine months has been unable to count the keywords in the body. Updates are pushed out which restart the apps and you lose data. The support us next to useless with a head in the sand approach, it's not our problem. When you prove it is, there is no "thank you we will fix it ASAP". There is no way you can use it in a professional manner as the reports will make you look like an idiot. If you give a report to a client. OH, ignore that because it is wrong, and ignore that and ignore that...

I guess you can tell I am somewhat frustrated. Hence the review. I was really tempted to go for "doesn't get any worse than this" but it does have some good points. But the problems with it make it really hard to use it.

I laugh when bloggers tell of their experience with fat freezing on a ten year old machine. What's the point why not do a review on a ten year old car? At least with this place when you go for a treatment you know you are getting the good stuff. I hear next week they are getting a new HIFU machine.
