I TRIED TO STOP PAYMENT ON A $1,000. CHAEK. I was assured by an employee that if there were insufficient funds in my checking account, instead USAA charged my credit card.
Allowed contractor to take my funds from escrow without doing any work. Contractor said he would return my money, but did not. Upwork said they would help, but did nothing
