So I was getting used to loosing my $25.00. Lo and behold the case showed up on 10-09-2020. It came with a post mark from the Emirates which I have no idea why that was the point of origin. There is no privacy gas on the case but it appears to be as described. At least I got the item. They still have not responded to my mass emailings. This company is still on my radar and I doubt that that I would use them ever again. Make sure you read the reviews. Let the buyer beware

Keep your money i saw this cellphone case on twitter. It looked like something that would be worth a look. I ordered it and should have saw the RED FLAG when they didnt offer PAYPAL. Well they took my money and never sent the product. I have sent numerous emails with no response. The website doesnt have a phone number. They are thieves that just prey on people who are trusting. Maybe I might get it but i doubt it. They took my money. They are sad. BEWARE spend yur money somewhere else and use PAYPAL or other means to buy.

I got an email from VIP Guns owners to "try " a tactical back pack. I am kind of a gear junkie and am always looking for a deal. I have purchased items like this before from other vendors. So i order it. I get the invoice and it shows i paid the $14.99 for shipping and owe $44.99. So i contact Clickbank. The item has shipped and they tell me to contact VIP survival academy directly. So i send email one with a note to cancel my order, day two no response so I send another email requesting that they cancel my order, no response day three i send another emai. I then search them online and find that they offer the same backpack for free just pay shipping. So I send them another email and and ask them to cancel the order and send me the free backpack. My bad for not paying attention BUT they offer it for free. So make sure you read all of the site's information. Maybe they will respond but it has been three days. Terrible customer service

Where do i start. I ordered a 5.11 bag on 10-22-2014. I didn't hear anything about it being shipped. So i emailed them. The response was oh we have been going through some changes, the order will go out next week. We will email you a confirmation number... well that didn't happen 11-7 i sent an email 11-11 response ' i thought it was shipped it will be shipping out this week 11-21 sent an email no shipping confirmation i sent a email to cancel the order it had been a month i was then told they would have to wait and see if the item shipped it didn't 12-8 they said they would credit my card it would take 10-11 business days when they immediately took the money from me. 12-30-2014 i still haven't received my refund/credit... save your money find a more customer service friendly company... and use paypal

Ok i was finally contacted by the CEO of the company and recently received my refund. They tried to give me a credit and send me my order. After almost four months I was able to get my money back. I would email them and call them every other day... Good luck
