I booked a room here coming in off the road. When I got into the room, there was a strong and unpleasant odor. I was given a second room. Without using anything in the room, nor even sitting on the bed, I attempted to click on the TV. It didn't work. The desk clerk said the maintenance man would see to it, but he was away. At that point, I asked for my money back. I had not used the toilet in either room, nor even sat on the beds, nor anything else. The clerk claimed she didn't know how to process a refund. The management now refuses to refund my money, though I have paid them for absolutely nothing.
