Like by starting to say "THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I
EVER..."
It started with a simple phone call to a technical support, the young gentlemen named Alec was very helpful. After a short 5 minute conversation he miraculously got my microphone to start picking up audio. After a few days a using I realized this is not the type of microphone I needed. When I called back clearly within 1 week of receiving I was transferred to a customer service for a credit, I was told a Rose would be calling me back. After many failed attempts I finally was able to reach her, she then VERY RUDELY tells me its past the 30 days so their is nothing she can do!
So I got stuck with a mic I don't even use. I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO HEADSETS.COM, THEY KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE...
