Delcampe used to be a great site to buy and sell stamps and postcards especially.

Then they chose to redo the site about a year or more ago without it functioning properly and it still does not function as it should.

Then they raised their fess by over 40% and refused to allow any discussion on the forums.

They also let the subscriptions lapse without renewing them, and then tried to reset them up and bill for the so called renewal without asking if we still wanted to renew.

With all the changes to the site and the huge increase in fees, they should not arbitrarily be setting up the subscriptions automatically without contact with the members to see if they are wanted or not.

Delcampe has lost a lot of it's members due to all the changes and problems with the site and are out trying to garb cash from anyone they can and offering very little in return.

Seb needs to address these issues openly as the site has become a shell of it's former self.

I refuse to pay for a subscription I did not agree to and want the fee cancelled and my account closed.

I no longer want to deal with this business.

Used Auctiva for years and it was great. Moved over to Turbo Lister as it was free. When we were told TL as going away, went back to Auctiva and nothing but problems and issues.

Have a number of tickets open and get replies but nothing ever gets fixed. They are putting out some new enhancements, but refuse to fix any problems with the Lister. Importing is a joke as it messes up shipping, and images and you have to open each listing to fix the problems.

Stay as far away from them as possible as no support at all and the forums are absolutely dead.

Glen has no people skills at all, constantly bashes newbies on the site. If you say something he does not like, he will ban you from the site. He rules it with an iron fist instead of approaching it as a forum.

Sells stuff that is over rated and poor quality. If it reeks, says Australia is a humid climate and to expect it. Does not disclose when he tries to sell.

Seems to hate Ebay and North America in general as they don't agree with his views. When you show him something in black and white he basically calls you a liar.

I would stay as far away from Stampboards and Glen as they will do nothing for the stamp hobby unless you fit into his mold.
