Rude and dodgy. Stay away. Purchased a phone that was defective, they won't take responsibility and won't reply to your messages until you're threatening action. Please stay away and don't support this business. Would give 0 stars if possible!

Hello Joanne,

Thanks for taking out your valuable time for leaving this FAKE review.

In this event you are not disclosing the whole story where your phone was received back with liquid damages in it (looked like milk was spilled) and for more clearer view please see the pictures of the inside condition of your device which have been emailed to you already and also posted in response to your feedback at different Review Portals. Out of courtesy we still cleaned the phone for you and repaired it without charging anything (liquid damage is $150 for repairs) but you insisted for a refund which we politely declined and sent the device back to you

No business will cover or would have covered you under that scenario
