How can anyone say that shipping is quick? Almost as soon as I got my confirmation email I got an email saying that processing takes "up to five business days", and my package took even longer than that, which I would understand if I had purchased a firearm which I hadn't. I sent an email after the fifth day to see if there was a tracking number. Their response came after my second email and was passive aggresive, synical, and insulting. A second email immediatly followed with a tracking number. I responded to the first email explaining that I was only curious because I wouldn't be around to receive my package if it didn't ship on time, which in my neighborhood might mean that it never arrives. Their response was awful, they resulted to name calling and blamed my emails for their 5 day processing time. I hope no one else has to go through this. I do quite a bit of online shopping and have never been so offended by a business:-(
