Thought I was ordering from a UK store to support British companies. Turns out it's just another Chinese website that ships from China.
UPDATE: Finally arrived but it came in a thin cardboard box in a bubblewrap bag. Box was crushed during transit and the pieces inside were ruined.
Over a week and multiple emails, they finally replied offering me a replacement or a meagre 20% refund.
Tip for consumers:
Double check where items are being shipped from and their returns policy
