Over the years, I have ordered through Newegg. A total of handful items for computer components and related peripherals. I never had any problems until my last order where I needed to cancel my order. The cancellation was within hours and it was accepted but I incorrectly selected store credit (new egg purchase) rather than credit card of purchase. I emailed immediately using the same email communication for the return. My request was denied - they were unforgiving. So I am now unforgiving. Lesson learned I hoped from both parties. Good bye Newegg. And to those other customers out there, hope you have a better experience and as always "buyer beware". Did I use the store credit? Yes but took time and felt forced to use it - took over a year to find something I needed (and it was more than their competition).
