Odd, cheap, cool art - Tiny Showcase is a quirky site that sells small. Limited edition prints from a bunch of quality artists that normal people have never heard of.
I've bought a few prints and they are great quality -- fantastic color, high quality materials, hand numbered, etc.
The only trouble is that they usually only release one batch of prints in lots of 100 (typical price with shipping is like $30) and they sell out within hours...
Cool site though
Oddly absorbing - some guy travels around the world taking pictures of stylishly dressed people. Strange, but fascinating.
FANTASTIC - don't get on an airplane without checking seatguru first. Accurate, useful info about all the different quirks of airplane seats. If only it could tell you if there was going to be a 450 lbs person next to you...
Pain in the $#*!, but great if you travel - great for finding great restaurants in new cities. The online subscription is a bit pricey, but worth it if you travel a lot. Gives you access to all the cities covered by zagats. I only pay attention to the food rating, which are generally fairly accurate, though you can't compare the numbers across cities. A 28 in san francisco will be vastly better than a 28 in detroit, for example...
Hardcore aviation dorks only - there are people who love commercial airplanes. I think they're rather boring, but if you're into airplanes this is the site for you. Huge archive of airplane pictures.
Fantastic site -- tracks fares over time - very cool site. I've never actually bought a ticket through them, but it's great for tracking airfares over time. There's also a cool feature where you can see the different airfares to an entire region.
My favorite travel site - they just added links to southwest fares. I believe you still need to check JetBlue and Virgin America separately though, which sucks
Good tournament reviews - best site for poker news. 2+2 is better for finding articles to improve your game
Cheap, DRM-free music - good selection. I can usually find ~70% of what I'm looking for. Lots of great indie rock, the hip hop selection is pretty thin
Fantastic site though -- cheap, good selection, great way to discover new music
Pretentious music snobs, unite! - the reviews can be hard to read, but they are usually spot on. The "best new music" section is a great way to discover new groups
