After making a purchase on Jillbury.com, on the receipt page I was shown an offer for a greater discount if I ordered a slightly different version of the product. So I purchased the product thinking I could cancel my other order. But no, it was not that simple. Their return policy states:
"After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer support team and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified."
So, I emailed them immediately to cancel the order. Conveniently for them, they never responded. Fortunately I did receive all the items I ordered. I had many back-and-forth emails with their "support" who took days to respond and just gave me the run-around, eventually not responding and hoping I would forget about it. They wanted me to pay for return shipping, but I refused because it was their mistake. They also offered me "10% refund on your purchase price of the full-priced item" to "save me the expense of return shipping." They violated their own policy by not honoring my request for to return the unwanted product for a full refund.
Would never buy from them again and would never recommend them. Cannot be trusted, as it is clear by the other reviews. I will be sure to check Sitejabber before purchasing from another site.
