Ordered on 9/2 -- its 9/15 and order still has not shipped. Cant track. Cant cancel. Hold time for 15 minutes. This place is a joke. AVOID

Ordered and received an $1800 flail mower that was rattling and defective. When I tried to get it replaced or refunded, I encountered major resistance. They did offer to let me repair it myself... does not instill confidence. Clearing 10 acres, I will be buying tens of thousands of dollars in equipment. This company screwed up real bad. My only other option was to dispute it with my credit card company, which in 20+ years I have never had to do. I will never buy from this company again. Cheap chinese crap
