Was notified on April 6th that my item was back in stock, I immediately paid $126. And expected the items to ship within 7 days as I was notified.
2 weeks pass and I contact them now told item in stock but orders will ship 10 - 15 Days later.
Just received my credit card bill and realized no items or notice of shipping yet. Contact them yesterday, they now say 21 plus days to ship.
How long does it really take to put in stock items in a box and ship them out.
I suspect that they are using my money to fill previous orders TOTAL FRAUD in my opinion. Calling my credit card company to remove charges for the items I have never received.



After spending over $500 for a suite the last thing I expected was to wake up in the middle of the night with a sinus headache after a terrible night sleep and a cup of coffee I noticed that the HVAC ducks in my room had specks of black mold all over them just blowing this stuff into my room apparently I took plenty of photos as well as the air filter in my HVAC unit look like it hadn't been changed in months I could peel the dust off of it like a carpet if anyone is interested and seeing my photos to support my experience at the Manhattan Club you can email me at Joey D 1264 at gmail.com and I will be happy to share with you. I left the hotel in a rush that day because of my illness went to my doctor the next day was given antibiotics for respiratory infection that he agreed could have been caused by my exposure. I called the hotel and was practically laughed off the phone buy some rude person at the desk. It was not until a month later after an unfavorable review I posted that I was contacted by a desk manager who said he would take care of me next time I stayed there. I have no intention of staying here ever again this is my second bad experience with this hotel related to cleanliness and guests health. I give them zero Stars if I could just for their poor customer service and insulting offer of wanting me to stay there again and pick my pocket for some more money without even considering my request for a refund. I am filing a case in the New York City small claims court and we'll deal with this matter there if they don't come across with a complete refund


Ordered a $1,200 Grill for my truck sales representative assured me it would fit, turns out when I went to have it installed the install realize it's for a different year vehicle and well not fit mine. I called the manufacturer and they confirm that grill will not fit my vehicle and they do not even make one for my vehicle. Contacted CARiD to set up a return they want to charge me return shipping on their mistake I paid $85 to get it shipped the first time there is no way in hell I'm going to pay them another $85 for their mistake. Customer service representative send me an email stating they listen to the tape of my order and I miss represented my own vehicle, like I don't know what year and make vehicle I own. They also refuse to let me hear such recording and I find it kind of creepy and illegal that nobody advises you in the first place that you're being recorded but yet they can't produce the recording they said they're listening to. There must be a lot of fraud with this company because of American Express would not process my charge initially it got rejected as a fraud alert I had to call American Express and explain to them that it was me ordering something from this company I've never had that happened before in 30 years of using an American Express card. Needless to say there Grille is sitting here in the Box and I've called American Express to dispute the charge let them deal with it. Stay away from these liars and yes I was also told if I gave them a favorable review I would get a gift certificate I think that's just a way to lock you into a positive review before you have an experience like this and write a negative one
