It's a great search engine when it's available on your area. But buying real estate is complicated and there's a lot of forms and processes and inspections and other options you might not consider unless you have a dedicated agent's advice and undivided attention. If you've bought a house before maybe they're a good tactic to save some money on closing costs and fees. But I'd say if you're inexperienced an actual agent can hold your hand more. Up to you though. I've had no experience with them in the selling department so can't say for sure in terms of that.
Tip for consumers:
Get pro advice if you’re inexperienced too

I couldn't get my phone number off of MyLife and a few other search engines until they came in for the assist. They removed my phone and private data from public view in a lot of places. A bit pricey but using it had a noticeable impact what I found when I googled me.
Tip for consumers:
Fill out the data sheet with the info you need removed.

They offer privacy services, minimal up selling, a clean UI, and haven't sniped any domain names from under me before unlike some of the bigger players. Always do your research but they definitely are a registrar to consider trying out. I've been using them for years with no problem so far.
Tip for consumers:
Be cautious like with all online services and take your time.

Never had a problem getting my parts from them even though the shipping was sometimes a tad slower than desired. The times I've needed to make a return they always accepted valid merchandise back no questions asked.
Only issue is they're always out of stock and overpriced on new graphics cards. Hard to complain about much in my experience otherwise.
Good articles and discussions. Great buyers guides that talk about when to buy to get the best deals on newest tech. But the moderation and sense of fairness when it comes to allowed posts is really far off and biased. I think they can do better to be honest.
They offer a relatively simple interface and make getting some stocks accessible to normal people. That's the good. The bad is that many users really don't know what they're doing when it comes to stocks and the companies, metrics, and terminology. Start small and invest what you can afford to lose and learn. So far I've found them decent to work with.
The eye exam experience was great. They offer some of those modern fresh glasses designs and the prices are reasonable. The durability feels a tad below some high end glasses, but you can buy maybe 3 pairs for the price and have spares and different styles to wear with different outfits. I've bought like 7 pairs over the years.
Tip for consumers:
Get to an eye doctor and do a checkup periodically

They sent me another Bill for additional service even though I already paid in full. A friend warned me about them so I asked to pay in full at the appointment and clarified that the bill was fully paid. They were flat out lying to me. Total scumbags.
Tip for consumers:
Watch out for their unethical billing
