If zero stars was an option, then that's what I'd leave. We purchased a dress and paid $30 additional for 2 day shipping so we could have at least a week in advance to have the dress in time for the prom. Unfortunately, we had to reach out to customer support a week later to ask where our dress was, because the info still said "pending" in the tracking information. After seeing this and reaching out to the so-called customer support line that is based in ShangHai and United Kingdom hours (so beware U.S. citizens for scams), we get an email saying after asking to not ship the order, because they didn't honor the cancellation request that we paid for, they still went forward with trying to ship the dress and saying "just try it". At this point they are not offering a return or a refund due to this terrible mistake. Even after telling them we paid an additional $30 to have express shipping, they still sent the dress in normal shipping and will take a week to get here. I told Customer Support I would like to speak to a manager and now I am being ignored. This is ridiculous. This company is a scam. If you're in Europe it may work. But anyone in the United Stated needs to be aware.
