I used and use Apple products, have contacted customer service and have always been satisfied. But recently something has changed. The staff are unprofessional and not helpful(in the stores). Products do not work as expected.
I noticed an unauthorized transaction, so I immediately contacted the service. Nobody was able to help me. I paid almost £ 40, I don't even know what for. How is it possible that Apple supports such situations? No refund. Nothing. The manager with whom I chatted disconnected because he couldn't answer my questions.
Incredible and unacceptable. Rude and not professional. I definitely won't buy Apple products anymore. I do not recommend. Avoid.
