This? Company? Charged me for I don't know what purchased from I don't know whom, and gave a delivery tracking number that is invalid. Their e-mail to me gave long lists of numbers to identify the seller and order -- no names -- so I have no way of checking on it. The e-mail was also full of strange symbols and letters that made no sense. Perhaps they are associated with the other scammer site, Cheap Columbia Outlet Store

This site lists no phone number and a customer care e-mail address that does not accept e-mails; all my e-mails have been undeliverable. The site's order confirmations also do not give an order number -- so the buyers can never track their orders on the website. I have left several messages on the sites 'Contact Us', but have never heard back. In addition, the answers to the site's FAQ's seem to be written in a very poor English translation -- probably an Asian company. It's address is 140 58th St., Suite 3B, Brooklyn, NY ******* -- a warehouse -- no surprise. I have ordered 3 items, been charged and have received nothing. Don't be taken in like I was.

I bought a Chanel bag from TRR (SKU -- CHA*******) Order number R******* in 2019. I was not using the bag, so several months ago I decide to consign it, and sent it to TRR. TRR immediately returned the bag, which TRR originally sold me, saying it was not authentic.
I called Consignor relations and was issued a return label. I was told I would receive a refund of the $2,162.49. The bag was received by TRR, but I have never received my refund. They have my bag AND my payment. This is illegal.
