“Scam company! No product and no refund”

Horrible company! My shoes never arrived and they still won't give me the promise refund. Costumer service is ridiculous.

“Shipping apparently does not include bringing the product to my house”

I ordered some tights online and they want me to pay 50 euros in fees or pick them up myself at the airport... How the hell they think that paying for shipping does not include bringing the product to my house? This is extortion.
