The Submariner I ordered was not available. Keisha offered me a similar alternative. I accepted and sent the payment to them.
Prior to shipping she sent me a picture of a third watch which was what they intended on sending me. I pointed out the error and Keisha apologized and offered me a discount on a future purchase. At this point I was concerned with the lack of professionalism with allswisseu, but I had already paid, and it was a Christmas gift so I agreed to the third choice.
The watch that arrived was not what I ordered. I cannot stress this enough, the quality was horrendous. The bezel didn't spin nicely and would stick. The crown was not the correct size and didn't thread correctly. Worst was the band, Keisha assured me it would be marked and sent me a photograph of a hall marked band. What I received was a watch band of the poorest quality I have ever seen. Not a band one would attach to any watch in the greater than $100 price range.
I emailed Keisha a list of why it was not an acceptable watch for the price and a request for a full refund. Her response sums up the soul of this company.
No apology, no acknowledgement of my unhappiness with the transaction. Just an email stating send the watch to the below address, when we receive it will will reimburse you.
I responded I will ship it to the address but allswiss must pay the $38 shipping fee. I'm still waiting to hear back from her.
I'm 90% certain I will never get my money back.
