I understand the experiences of Jean-Pierre and Marc. I have already ordered three times on golfstoreeurope.com, for a total of 800 euro now.
The first time it was delivered to me (Belgium) after just 3 days! On my second order, however, I ordered among other things a pair of shoes. When the order status did not change after a couple of days I emailed them. They told me the shoes had to be ordered from Footjoy (despite the words "available" on their site) and were going to be sent to me about three weeks later. They asked if I was okay to wait or they had to cancel the order. I replied I did not mind waiting. The rest of that order was sent and arrived perfectly. After three weeks waiting for the shoes, still nothing, I sent 2 mails, the last one was not even answered. But eventually, I received the shoes after 9 weeks. The 3th time I ordered among other things a Powakaddy golf cart and Titleist bag, who were 'available' on the site, same story. After an email they replied that it would be shipped later that week. Eventually, after some unanswered emails, it arrived 4 weeks later.
I have no problem waiting a bit for the orders (especially since compared to Belgium golf shops, golfstoreeurope.com is very cheap), but their communication could be better! Either an item is in stock, or it is not! Saying it is in stock, but then having to order it from the manufacturer does not make sense. Especially if they brag on their site about 'same day dispatch'!
My final opinion is: good and honest company with incredible prices that will eventually deliver, but it can sometimes take a while, and their communication is really weak... I personally will order again from Golfstoreeurope.com.
Post scriptum: As already stated by others, always choose a credit card that gives fraud warranty whenever you purchase things on the web!
