My vehicle broke down in the middle of the night 8 hours away from home. Roadside Assistance towed my Kia Sorento to the nearest Kia facility which happened to be Mayes Kia. Mayes told me there was 2 options, tow the vehicle home or trade it in. Salesman had to prep his own vehicles to show and let me drive. GM was only concerned about selling a vehicle off his lot did not take into consideration my needs in a vehicle. Finance guy offered me a $500 check. It has been 35 days since I drove off his lot in a car too small for me and my family, whom I had to ask if I get a complimentary full tank of gas because it was on empty, and had obviously not been washed or vacuumed. I have yet to receive the check he promised. When I call he says "I don't know what's going on I'll have to check on it and will call you back first thing in the morning." Patiently waiting...
