This is a copy of the message I sent to this company yesterday:

Well, it is now July 4th and we have received no phone calls about our missing furniture delivery despite the so called "escalation" that I was advised of some days ago. Not only was our delivery day completely missed without ANY explanation as to why, our family gathering has been RUINED! We purchased all of this food in preparation for a house filled with people, only to STILL have NO IDEA where our purchase is and why we don't have it! Again, this is after we gave our furniture AWAY and had people here on standby for hours waiting on this delivery so that they could help bring the new furniture upstairs for placement, not to mention the fact that my husband took off took off work on Friday for this. We accepted the appointment day and time that we were given, so we have done our part. Why no one from management has bothered to reach out to us through this supposed "escalation", is highly unprofessional and beyond me.

So, I am posting the status of this transaction to make others aware of things to consider when making a purchased from your company. A deal is only that if the quality is there at a reasonable price, combined with the all important service during and after the sale. Needless to say, your handling of us is at a grave deficit! I will update your public on how you proceed from here.

Tip for consumers:
If you are able to find the items at another site for around the same price, if they have a better rating, go there.

I placed an order with this company over a month ago. My order included 2 items, both with the same tracking number. I received one of the two items and have contacted them via both email and phone multiple times and have heard nothing from them. Every time I attempt to contact them via phone, I get the directive to leave a message. No matter the time of day, I receive this response. I will not purchase from them again and I believe I need to contact the BBB about this issue. Highly Frustrated!

I have had a membership with this company for a couple of years now and I can say this program has only gotten better since I joined. Basically, I pay a monthly fee of $12.95. This allows me to receive up to a $10 reimbursement for each completed transaction placed through Freeshipping.com as long as the vendor I shop with is a member of the program. This is true up to a maximum of $500 per year. Additionally, every quarter, I receive 10% cash back via a check. It also comes with a reimbursement on return shipments and Price Protection. I hope this helps because I am so glad that I joined!
