This is a copy of the message I sent to this company yesterday:
Well, it is now July 4th and we have received no phone calls about our missing furniture delivery despite the so called "escalation" that I was advised of some days ago. Not only was our delivery day completely missed without ANY explanation as to why, our family gathering has been RUINED! We purchased all of this food in preparation for a house filled with people, only to STILL have NO IDEA where our purchase is and why we don't have it! Again, this is after we gave our furniture AWAY and had people here on standby for hours waiting on this delivery so that they could help bring the new furniture upstairs for placement, not to mention the fact that my husband took off took off work on Friday for this. We accepted the appointment day and time that we were given, so we have done our part. Why no one from management has bothered to reach out to us through this supposed "escalation", is highly unprofessional and beyond me.
So, I am posting the status of this transaction to make others aware of things to consider when making a purchased from your company. A deal is only that if the quality is there at a reasonable price, combined with the all important service during and after the sale. Needless to say, your handling of us is at a grave deficit! I will update your public on how you proceed from here.
