Ordered on 4/29/2020. No order confirmation after 2 weeks. Sent email to customer service. On 5/10/2020, No reply. Called. 45 minute wait. Hung up. Sent another email 5/25/2020. No reply. Called on 6/1/2020. Waited on the line for over 1HOUR!. Finally hung up. I am a customer to many gardening nursery's nationwide. All these sites are extremely busy yet have still been able to maintain customer contact. I am disgusted to think that waiting on a telephone for over an hour to check on an order is beyond acceptable. And to be encouraged to use the email contact and to get no reply there is frustrating. Yet, here is the rub- I get daily emails from them saying that they are open and shipping and on top of things is an overstatement. They are not. Yet keep pushing for orders of their products. I canceled my order and will continue to get my supplies elsewhere. Thank you for allowing me to vent.
