I work in customer service, in a call center and do live chat. I get how customers can be nasty.
I was provided with the general message "someone will be with you soon, provide an explanation for how we can help" so I attached a screen shot of my PayPal charge and explained there is no order in my account, nor an email confirmation from Rack Room so I'd like to figure out what is happening.
Right out of the gate "Patrick" was nasty, complaining that the info I provided him "doesn't help" him in the slightest. No hello, no how can I help. Just downright nasty. When I asked if I could be transferred to another agent he refused.
I'm still out $50, no shoes, no order. Thanks Patrick. Ha e the day you deserve.

Made an order on May 27th. Order shipped June 2nd via FedEx. Today is June 9th and order still hasn't updated past "label created" I reached out to FedEx and they said that they have not received the package. Customer service claims they sent it. No one will tell me where my package is. I received another message today saying it will get here on June 8th by end of day... its already June 9th so they obviously have no idea what they're talking about. They don't even know the date. I understand that things are delayed with the pandemic and that's not the issue. The issue is they refuse to take responsibility for misplacing my package. I asked for a refund but they only refunded the shipping cost of $9. I spent over $100. I have filed a complaint on with the BBB and I will be contacting my bank because I was scammed out of my money. Absolutely avoid shopping online. This was my first and last time ordering here

I love this website. I ordered Zombie caution tap, and a "Land Rover" dog toy for my dogs. The total cost was only about $15.00 and it only took a week and a half to arrive to my place here in Canada. I highly recommend this website.
No free shipping in Canada? Aw.
Other then that, is great. Much better then the Canadian counterpart, which currently only offers books.

Except for one, small thing.
I went to see the Hobbit the other day (New Years Day) and while the trailers for new movies were playing, one played called "Another Earth". Said it was Coming Soon.
Funny thing is, I've already watched it on Netflix.
I watched on my PS3, because at the time I couldn't afford Netflix. The ads are annoying, the movie selection is crap, but its free, what can you except?
If you can get Netflix, get that. If not, stop complaining. It's free.
I kept getting over charged items by $40.00 more, and had to fight with them to get it back. I am currently trying to delete my account, but they are refusing me! This is a crap site. It also takes 3 months or more for products to arrive. Do NOT use it. It is not worth it. Also, however they got ahold of my bank account, I will never know!
