I ordered a real hair wig, straight shoulder length. Instead I received a very long curly synthetic wig. Even though they admitted it was a mistake they refused to give me a refund saying they made it just for me and it cost them money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They also advertise a London address, if I had know it was coming from China, I would not have ordered.

You are unlikely to receive what you ordered and the chances of a refund are slim. My experience....
