I have been into the location other times with no issues. Today we were going to replace my husbands phone. The sales person was not giving me a chance to say anything and was more concerned with selling me a new iPad mini that listening to me.
Needless to say her great explanation of the service will be used to look at another wireless service. Thank you in advance for your help in finding a less expensive carrier.

Recently I had a pair of expensive sunglasses that had a snap on the frame. I had them for a shot time. Mauijim gives you a lifetime warranty. I sent my items in and for a small $10 handling fee for shipping. They replaced my $295.00 sunglasses with what appears to be a new pair. I was only expecting a repair. So impressed that I had my item within a week new again. Awesome company!

This past Christmas I had sent an item only to find out my relative already had the item. I called the customer service at nordstrom and they stoped the package, processed my return and resent a different item expedited service. They went above and beyond in a situation I thought they could not. Love the service here.

Very please with the Pantry service at Amazon. They are able to save me shopping trips for everyday items. With free shipping and great pricing its an easy decision.

When I started with thredUp it was a great resource to get a little back on items I would donate normally. The last 6 months it has not been this way. They are charging fees. My guess is they were doing well when they started and have just had to adjust due to cost of running the operation. It appears they got flooded with used items. Nice idea but I do not see them the same.
