I subscribed and paid a full year in advance for a policy
I was lead to believe this covered garage door openers, and it doesn't. I would never have purchased the policy if that had been made clear.
Then when you file a claim they immediately require your payment by phone before they will even file the claim. I have done this twice, and it took 2 weeks to get a simple garbage disposal placed, and even then they required me to pay an extra 28.00. Interestingly Lowes had the same one in stock for half the price.
It took a week to get an electrician out for a simple job and that's because I started calling them daily. So. I decided to drop the policy. Magically, they don't seem to be able to answer the phone, but they sure would do so to file a claim and get your money ahead of time. They are a nightmare of a company.
