I ordered a shelving unit for my pantry last august. What they sent me was a small table for a tight corner by a sofa. I finally got the correct item but they refused to take the small unit back and told me to donate it to a charity. Then they started billing me for it. 9 months later, three letters to Citibank and numerous phone calls which have lasted for hours they have billed me late fees etc. finally to get them to stop harassing me I paid $188.00 for a shelf I never ordered that they refuse to take back. The initial cost of the unit was only about $60.00. They've ruined my flawless credit record and refuse to reinstate it. I still have the item that I would gladly return but they won't take it
Tip for consumers:
Don’t do business with them. I will never order anything ever from them again along with their other companies which include Joss and Main, Allmodern,Birch Lane and Perigold. It’s a nightmare to deal with them and their billing is with Citibank so they always blame each other and you can’t get anything accomplished with them because you just keep getting passed back and forth with each one blaming the other

The one I ordered that finally came in. The one I wanted to send back is still sitting here they refuse to take it back, they continued to bill me for it even though I didn’t order it and I ended up paying exorbitant late fees. They’ve ruined my credit report in my 8 months of trying to deal with them and refuse to change my credit report even though I’ve paid over $188.00 for an item I didn’t order that cost around $60.00

Used to be discount prices but not any more. You can usually find the same or better prices elsewhere

Love this site! I booked all of our sightseeing tours around London and England on this site after reading reviews. Printed off the tickets for the tours on line and we're set!
I sent flowers to my mother in law on Thursday before Valentine's Day to beat the rush. I ordered them over 2 weeks before. They sent my mother-in-law an empty vase with no note and no explanation. When I called them ( on hold over 45 minutes) they said they had run out of the flowers I ordered. They charged me full price and didn't substitute flowers or anything. They just sent an empty vase and a box of candy I had ordered. There is no photo because there were no flowers to take a picture of!
